ABOUT

Eden is a true Eco Resort offering riverside accommodation in an ethnic Cham village 5 km from Kampot town. Natural bungalows are built directly over the river and feature large doors which open onto private swimming decks over hanging the river. Rooms have spectacular views of  sunsets, river  jungle, and mountains. Guests can enjoy incredible Khmer cuisine and locally inspired cocktails on their own private deck or in our relaxing common areas. All bungalows have en-suite eco toilets. There is plenty to discover in the village or on the river with our free bicycles and kayaks

ECO FRIENDLY

We hire and train local villagers in order to contribute to the economy and capacity of our community. We support local small businesses and buy farm direct.

We provide medical care including maternity for our female staff at Kampot’s best hospital. We help mothers to find creative solutions to continue working while caring for children.

We recycle or compost. Even our compost toilets do not waste clean water. Instead waste is converted into valuable fertilizer.

We don’t contribute to deforestation, carst mountain destruction or brick factory slavery. Instead we use renewable building materials such as bamboo palm fronds and grasses.

CUISINE

Our exciting menu is inspired by the plentitude of wonderful fresh Kampot products. We source ingredients locally, use organic ingredients where possible and make some products here in house, like our delicious and healthy Asian Grains Bread
.

We have separate menu dedicated to Vegans and Veggies.
